The Center for Latin American, Caribbean, and Latino Studies is pleased to offer CLACLS Reportage Fellowships for the 2025 ‐ 2026 Academic Year in the amount of $1,000 each.
The fellowship seeks to communicate CLACLS original research data to a wider audience through journalistic styled social reportages. Fellows will be offered mentorship by CLACLS to support their academic endeavors and promoted to use CLACLS original research for their research.
Requirements
- Applicants must be full time students at the Graduate Center.
- Experience working independently with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Training or experience with Latin America and/or Latino studies and previous research experience is highly desirable.

- 1-page cover letter including: full name, program, academic level, email address, an a brief description of relevant research and writing experience.
- State the subject that the applicant proposes to write about in a journalistic style article. Briefly describe why it is relevant and where it will be carried out.
